1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to high demand.
1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 Domestic Shipping
- We deliver across Australia using trusted carriers such as Sendle and Australia Post.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over AUD $100.
1.4 International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
1.5 Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.
1.6 Shipping Restrictions
- Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- Mama Nayture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
1.7 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Mama Nayture is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@mamanayture.com and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders.
- Returns are only accepted for items received in a damaged condition.
2.2 Return Process
- If your product is damaged, email us at hello@mamanayture.com as soon as possible.
- Provide your order number, details of the damage, and photos as proof.
2.3 Refunds
- Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2.4 Exchanges
- Damaged items can be replaced. Contact us at hello@mamanayture.com with details and photos of the damage to request a replacement.
2.5 Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received before dispatch.
