What is in it

How to use it
Children 1 year and over, one teaspoon daily. Adults, one tablespoon daily. Straight from the spoon, or stirred into water, juice or warm tea. Refrigerate after opening.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months, due to the raw honey.

Storage Instructions: Store the product in the refrigerator upon receiving it. For optimal potency, consume within two months upon opening. Shake well before use.
How to Use
Ages 1-4: 2.5ml (½ tsp) per day
Ages 4-12: 5ml (1 tsp) per day
Ages 12 - Adult: 15ml (1 tbsp) per day
May be enjoyed up to 3 times daily.
